  • With awards for Best Workplace Diversity (2023 Finnies) and certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, We've been recognised for our inclusive and high ‘care factor’ culture which allows everyone to be their true selves and thrive.

  • Awarded gold in the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) 2024 LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards.

  • Allan Hardy explains that “One of the main reasons for me wanting to join the Prospa team was Prospa’s values, and that those I spoke to working at Prospa really seem to believe in and work by them. Those values are what I believe in myself, and it’s difficult to find an organisation that really does work by their values.”

Our Story

The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.

Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.

Pros

Cons
  • Employees sense a level of uncertainty and feel the impact of the current economic climate, which seems to be leading to ambiguity in project directions and challenging financial targets.
